If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it, we will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. LavHa is not responsible for items lost in transit. We require shipping insurance at the customer’s expense for any bulk, wholesale, and international orders.

If your bracelet breaks or stretches, we are happy to restring it anytime. Please contact us for questions.

We will give you information on how to ship the incorrect or damaged item back to us, and discuss how we can fix the problem.
