Which beads do you put the essential oils on and how much?

The lava beads are black or brown (if you ordered a bracelet with natural brown lava). They are porous with “craters” on them. You can drop one drop of oil on each bead (a little goes a long way, so you only have to put them on a couple of the beads) and it will last 2-3 days.

Where do you get your lava stones from?

This is a very important question, since many cultures believe that removing lava from their source of origin is considered bad luck and disrespectful to the area (Iceland and Hawaii). We source our stones from areas that have an abundance of lava and no cultural taboos about it’s removal. Ours primarily come from Spain, Colorado and South America. We are careful to make sure that we use all natural and authentic lava. It’s easy to find synthetic lava and lava cannot be dyed, so real lava won’t come in any color except black and brown. Synthetic lava will still work as a diffuser (just like using clay), but won’t have the same therapeutic properties as the real thing.

Can you use more than one kind of oil on the lava beads?

After 2 or 3 days, the aromatherapy on the lava will start to fade. You can use more oil on them and any kind you’d like. There are certain oils that will last as long or longer than 7 days. You can reapply oils as often as you prefer and any oil that you like.

What if my bracelet breaks?

We guarantee every product we make and if your bracelet breaks from normal use, we will restring it at no extra charge. You just pay the shipping to us and we will ship it back after fixing it. We are happy to fulfill any return and exchange requests for any reason (size exchange, changed mind, etc.). We are strict on our quality and if you have any problems with the stones or quality please don’t hesitate to let us know. We will fix rectify the issue and strive to constantly be the best, so your input is important to us.

Special Note:

Each and every hand crafted LavHa Essential Oil Jewelry is unique and may vary slightly from each other (size, shade and color) and from the picture on the LavHa store. This is because of the natural and raw state of many of the stones that are created from Mother Nature.

How Do I Clean My Jewelry?
Our natural rocks and stones may absorb negative energy from the wearer and it is recommended that your special piece is cleaned monthly. This can be done by placing them out in the sunlight, moonlight, or by burning white sage. You can even submerge your jewelry in natural spring water, though we do not suggest it stay submerged. We also do not recommend swimming or bathing with your jewelry pieces.

 

 

Does LavHa offer Wholesale Orders?

LavHa is pleased to offer retail stores and business owners bulk orders (over 10) at our special wholesale prices. We currently do wholesale orders via email. We require a minimum order of 10 items and they can be a mix of any items, they don’t all have to be the same. The wholesale price is 35% off of retail (website prices) without a resale license and 40% with a license. If you order 30 or more pieces you get 40% without a license and 45%. If you are ordering 70 or more items, you will get 45% and 50% off.

Once the order is emailed (including number and sizes of item) we make sure we have them in stock and then generate an invoice and email that back. Once we receive payment, we will process and ship out the order. Wholesale orders come with the items and a mini gem guide for each item. 1ml vial essential oils are purchased separately for $1.50 each.

How Long Will Delivery of My Jewelry Take?

Please allow 3-6 business days for processing before being shipped out. You will receive a tracking number in a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with LavHa’s shipping policy (See Shipping Info) in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by LavHa are estimates only. LavHa makes reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, LavHa will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by LavHa, Goods shall be packaged according to LavHa’s standards and practices.

Do you do custom sizing or designs? 

Since we strive to get you the perfect bracelet for your wrist and needs, we do offer custom sizing and design changes to existing bracelets for a small $5 fee. You just add the option into your cart (under “Shop”) for the $5 charge and add your specific request in the notes section of the order.
