When placing your order, please include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately (via email or phone). Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $7 re-routing fee.
LavHa Jewelry cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Unfortunately, customers will be held responsible for any returned shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.
If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. If you need it sooner, please let us know in the notes section and we will do our best to process it early. **PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS MAY BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
All continental U.S. shipments will be charged based on the product(s) ordered and send Standard UPS or USPS ground rate. For orders shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or International, standard shipping rates apply.
Sales tax will only be charged for orders made in the state of California.
LavHa is not responsible for items lost in transit. Once a package leaves our office, it is the responsibility of the post office. If you would like to insure your package to receive a refund in case of a stolen or missing package, choose priority mail, which automatically insures your order.
If your tracking number says it was delivered and you haven't seen it, take you tracking number to your local post office. They will be able to give you more information about who and where it was last scanned. If you don't receive it after 7 days of when it says it was delivered, you have several options through the post office here: Post Office Missing Mail Information
